Leading East Midlands law firm Nelsons has strengthened its award-winning conveyancing team with the appointment of a new associate in its Derby office.
Rachel Bushell – who brings 15 years of experience in residential conveyancing – specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered property, shared ownership, re-mortgages, help to buy equity schemes and transfers of equity.
Rachel, who has previously worked for Nelsons over the course of her career said: “It was an easy decision to come back to Nelsons and familiar surroundings. The law firm continues to hold a strong reputation, particularly when it comes to taking great care of its staff and clients.”
In September 2019, Nelsons’ conveyancing department was named Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year in the East Midlands at the national, prestigious LFS Conveyancing Awards and also took home the second place silver award for Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year.
