The firm – which launched in 2024 – also received a 12-month start-up membership at the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, along with a PR strategy session with BabaBaboon, and also support from the Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub.

“We’ll be using the workspace to collaborate, meet with clients, and continue expanding our team and services. We’re excited to build new relationships, raise Brandily’s profile and make the most of everything this opportunity has to offer.”
Smithfield Works provides managed workspace including shared office spaces, hot desks, private workspaces and open spaces. Plus fully connected meeting room facilities are available to members and non-members.
Adele Simmons, Community Manager at Smithfield Works, said: “Brandily have worked so hard in their first two years and it is great to be able to support them in offering one of our premium hot desk spaces following their success in The Business Elevator competition.
“Sarah and her business partner Helen have already been making new connections at Smithfield Works by utilising our flexible spaces and we wish them all the success for the future.”
The Business Elevator took place for the first time this year following a collaboration between Smithfield Works, Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, BabaBaboon and the Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub.
The competition welcomed businesses of up to three years old to enter online and involved a pitching process. The winner and two highly commended businesses (Tojo’s and Woodward Electrical) were then selected by a judging panel and all were celebrated at an awards event, which took place at the Hilton Garden Inn, in Hanley at the end of June.
The competition was also supported by other local businesses who contributed to the overall prize pot. Business cards were offered by Fenn’s, Chatty Duck provided a Marcom Playbook to help to formulate a marketing starter plan and a brand new mobile phone was given by Complete Communications.
