Children at Little Trinity Nursery in Kidderminster are having a fantastic time celebrating Bonfire Night with a range of fun, hands-on activities designed to spark creativity, learning and imagination.
The children created colourful firework paintings using toilet tube rolls, explored a bonfire-themed tuff tray filled with different textures, and made their own tasty breadstick sparklers decorated with chocolate and sprinkles. They also enjoyed a Bonfire Night numbers and letters tray and took part in story sequencing activities to help develop their early learning skills.
Nursery Manager Gaynor Carter said: “Bonfire Night is such an exciting occasion for young children. The activities gave them lots of opportunities to explore, create and learn while having fun with their friends.
“It was lovely to see their imaginations come to life through the artwork, sensory play and storytelling, while also helping them understand Bonfire Night traditions and the importance of staying safe around fireworks and sparklers.”
The celebrations formed part of Little Trinity Nursery’s ongoing commitment to providing engaging learning experiences that help children learn about the world around them through play.
