The first-ever Resident Choice Awards for the UK’s property industry will take place in Birmingham on 23rd February, with many of the country’s leading housing providers and suppliers attending.
The awards will be decided purely by resident ratings on the property review site HomeViews, which holds over 41,000 reviews of new build homes.
Although the focus will be on purpose-built rental developments (Build to Rent) other categories will also celebrate the highest-rated new build sales home providers, as well as Shared Ownership providers and building management teams.
The event will run from midday until 8pm and include industry expert panel sessions, an industry showcase, networking opportunities and the main awards ceremony hosted by Mike Tindall MBE (in association with Guided) and HomeViews’ Rory Cramer.
Food and drink is included in tickets prices, with celebratory cocktails and drinks running after the ceremony.
Birmingham was chosen for the event thanks to its easy accessibility for businesses around the UK and wealth of supporting services. The VOX venue at the NEC offered exceptional facilities with riverside views, while Birmingham is a development hotspot for the Build to Rent and wider property sectors.
