Bestselling crime author Helen Fields is returning to Glasgow for a special Bookface Sip & Swap event this autumn, giving readers the chance to hear first-hand about her gripping new thriller, No One Left Alive.
Taking place at Glaschu on Saturday 31 October from 9.30am, the event will bring together book lovers from across Scotland for an uplifting morning of conversation, community and crime fiction with one of the UK’s most popular thriller writers.
Helen will take part in an intimate live Q&A discussing her writing career, the return of fan-favourite DI Callanach and her highly anticipated new novel, No One Left Alive, the eighth book in her bestselling series. Set in the far north of Scotland, the thriller begins after a devastating night that leaves no survivors and promises the twists, tension and suspense that have made Fields a favourite among crime readers worldwide.
Guests will also enjoy Bookface’s much-loved Sip & Swap experience, which combines author events with a sustainable community book exchange. Attendees are invited to bring up to four books to swap from a collection of more than 200 titles while enjoying tea, coffee, a croissant and a glass of fizz or soft drink.
Founded by broadcaster and book champion Heather Suttie in 2020, Bookface has grown into a global reading community of more than 15,000 members across 50 countries. The live events programme has hosted more than 85 sold-out events across Scotland and become known for creating welcoming spaces where readers can connect with authors and each other.
