Bellway hosts Part Exchange weekend for house buyers in Derbyshire

A typical Bellway East Midlands street scene

House-hunters in Derbyshire can find out how to make a stress-free move to a new home at developments across the region next weekend.

Bellway is hosting a Part Exchange weekend at its sales centres in Wingerworth and Chellaston on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May.

Sales staff, estate agents and independent financial advisors will be on hand throughout the weekend to provide visitors with information about the scheme.

The blueprint enables purchasers to secure a new home without having to find a buyer for their old one.

Customers who reserve during the event could also benefit from deals worth up to £31,000.

Carolyne Watkinson, Sales Director for Bellway East Midlands, said: “Trying to find a buyer for your existing home can be an extremely stressful experience for people looking to move up the property ladder.

“Our Part Exchange scheme is designed to remove the stress and uncertainty of being in a chain from the house buying process, as well as avoiding the need for costly estate agents’ fees.

“I would encourage anyone looking to make a stress-fee move into a new home in time for summer to come along to our Part Exchange weekend to avoid missing out.”

Buyers who use Bellway’s Part Exchange Scheme will be made an offer by the housebuilder on their existing home, based on an independent valuation of the property.

If the offer is accepted, the customer will be able to complete the purchase of their new home without having to find a buyer for their old one.

The Part Exchange weekend will be taking place at Brailsford Park and Curzon Park in Wingerworth and Cuttlebrook in Chellaston on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May.
