Construction firm PTL Construction Ltd has committed to training the next generation by welcoming an annual intake of apprentices.
The company has announced its commitment to combating the skills gap shortage by appointing apprentices each year across a variety of construction disciplines.
PTL Construction Ltd provides luxury renovations and refurbishments to homeowners and property investors specialising in commercial to residential conversations.
The company began their initiative with Jak Reeman from Brigg who joined the company as an apprentice bricklayer in January 2019.
Stephe Davies, Site Manager said “it’s fantastic to have the opportunity to pass on the skills and finesse of my trade, Jak is growing in confidence and ability every day”.
Demi Cox from Scunthorpe is the latest recruit who joined at the end of May as an apprentice plasterer.
Bob Baker, Site Manager said “I’m pleased with Demi’s progression, in the short time she has been with the company her commitment to be involved and learn all aspects of construction is impressive and I look forward to assisting the develop of more apprentices in the future”.
