Growing 40% over the last financial year, with gross profit rising to £5.5m the business which is the leading independent financial recruitment specialist in the North, has put its growth down to several key factors including;
· The placement of 100 CFO’s and Finance Directors in 2022 alone (200 since Covid) for a variety of leading Northern and national businesses
· Significant client wins – bolstering its already impressive client list
· 14 new strategic hires across its transactional, qualified, and executive recruitment teams alongside 7 promotions
· YoY growth each quarter backed by YoY fee growth for the consultants

Axon Moore’s strong performance over the last financial year, has been followed by a strong first quarter. This increased year-on-year growth has driven the firm to make ambitious growth strategies, with plans to more than double turnover in three years and significantly grow its headcount.
