Award-winning grief coach launches new online coaching programme to help people heal, grow and love life again after loss

Sutton Coldfield-based grief and trauma specialist Lucy Cole has announced the forthcoming launch of a transformational new online coaching programme, supported by her book, 30 Step Guide on How to Heal, Grow and Love Life Again After Loss.

Created for adults who have experienced bereavement, trauma, divorce, relationship breakdown or any another significant life change, the programme will provide accessible online learning, reflective exercises and practical tools that participants can work through from the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

Lucy, founder of Love Life Coaching & Events Love Life Again CIC and the Love Life Coaching Training Academy, developed the programme using a combination of her professional expertise and her own experience of devastating personal loss.

In 2015, Lucy lost her mother and stepfather within weeks of each other while also experiencing the breakdown of her marriage, business and financial security. After spending several years living in survival mode, avoiding her grief and pain with many addictions. She began a journey of healing, growth and rebuilding that eventually inspired her to help others facing grief, trauma and major life changes.

Lucy said: “After experiencing so much loss in such a short space of time, I felt completely lost and disconnected from myself and my life. I understand how grief and trauma can affect every part of you – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

“I created this programme because I want people to know that they are not broken and they do not have to remain stuck in survival mode. Healing does not mean forgetting the person you have lost or dismissing what has happened. It means learning how to carry your experiences differently, reconnect with yourself and gradually begin creating a meaningful life again.”

The online programme takes participants through Lucy’s structured 30-step healing and personal-growth process. Topics include understanding grief and trauma, recognising survival responses, regulating the nervous system, processing emotions safely, managing triggers and challenging limiting beliefs.

Participants will also explore guilt, shame, regret and self-blame; forgiveness, self-love and self-worth; people-pleasing and boundaries; relationships and communication; physical and emotional wellbeing; rebuilding identity; and rediscovering purpose, hope and direction.

Lucy added: “This is not about rushing grief or telling people to simply move on. Everyone’s experience is different, and healing is not a straight line. The programme offers compassionate guidance, practical tools and opportunities for reflection so that each person can move forward at their own pace.”

The programme is supported by Lucy’s book, 30 Step Guide on How to Heal, Grow and Love Life Again After Loss, giving participants a valuable resource they can return to throughout their healing journey and beyond.
