Tasty African Food is back in Leyton!

The much-loved West African restaurant is back after a year away, serving its signature dishes to the local Leyton community.

Tasty African Food has officially reopened the doors to its Leyton branch, welcoming customers back with a fresh new look and the same much-loved dishes that have made the brand a staple of London’s African food scene for more than 25 years.

Located at 272 Church Road, London, E10 7JQ, the reopened Leyton restaurant will once again serve Tasty African Food’s extensive menu of authentic West African dishes, from Jollof Rice and Ayamase to Suya, Puff Puff, Moi Moi and hearty soups and stews.

Founded in London in 2000, Tasty African Food has grown from a single restaurant into one of the UK’s best-known African food brands, with more than 20 locations across the country.

The reopening marks an exciting return to Leyton for the family-run business, which has built its success around making authentic African food accessible, affordable and convenient for communities across London and beyond.

Simi Olaleye, CFO at Tasty African Food, said: “We are so excited to be back in Leyton. We know how much love there is for Tasty African Food in the local community, and reopening this branch was incredibly important to us. Whether you have been coming to Tasty African Food for years or you are trying Nigerian food for the first time, we can’t wait to welcome everyone through the doors.”

Customers will be able to dine in, takeaway or order their favourite dishes for delivery.
