A Milton Keynes-based HR technology firm has been named a finalist at the prestigious CIPD People Management Awards.
Tugela People, which supports organisations around the world with HR and payroll technology, has been shortlisted in the Best Digital/Technology Initiative in HR/L&D category.
The company has been recognised specifically for its work with a global marine and engineering consultancy, delivering an integrated HR and payroll solution that transformed payroll processes for 1,800 employees across 63 countries.
Now in their 31st year, the CIPD People Management Awards celebrates organisations and individuals making a significant impact through people management, learning and development, and workplace innovation.
Now, Tugela People will compete against household including names Bupa, Reach plc and Bauer Media for the coveted trophy at an award ceremony on Thursday, September 24 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.
