Susan’s experience reflects a consistent theme: scaling complex, high-growth businesses while maintaining strong financial discipline.
In just the past 18 months, the clinic has expanded from four to 12 locations, with significant growth planned in the years ahead. From its inception, the organisation has been at the forefront of innovation in skin cancer diagnosis, combining technology with clinical expertise to improve accuracy and patient outcomes.
Susan’s role will be central to supporting that trajectory.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, financial leadership becomes critical, not just to scale operations, but to ensure long-term, sustainable access to early detection.
Susan joins at a pivotal moment, bringing extensive experience leading financial strategy across healthcare and technology-enabled organisations. Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer at 18 Week Support, the UK based healthcare provider, where she oversaw financial strategy and managed financial operations.
Prior to this, Susan was CFO at leading telediagnostics platform 4ways for nearly five years, playing a key role during a period of significant growth and increasing demand for technology-enabled healthcare solutions.
Previously she was CFO at Phlexglobal, a technology and services partner to CRO and pharma, where she oversaw the company’s continued expansion and service offering evolution.
