Romsey-based housebuilder Stratland Homes has received planning approval for a new development of nine detached homes on land at Coolers Farm, Broughton, Hampshire.
The Southern Area Planning Committee granted consent on 7th April, following strong recommendations for approval from Test Valley Borough Council planning officers. The decision marks a significant milestone for Stratland Homes, with the development overcoming all planning concerns raised during the application process.
The proposed development will feature nine traditionally styled detached homes, carefully designed to complement the character of Broughton village. The properties will sit on large plots and back onto open fields, creating an attractive and sympathetic addition to the local landscape.
