Birmingham brand agency Squibble launches new AI Clarity Workshop alongside fresh rebrand

Birmingham-based brand and web design agency Squibble has announced the launch of a new service designed to help businesses cut through the noise around AI and automation and get a clear picture of where it can genuinely work for them.

The Journey & Automation Clarity Workshop is a focused half-day session that maps a business’s tools, CRM, website and tracking systems, identifying what’s working, what’s fragile and where automation can support real growth. Businesses leave with a documented ecosystem map and a prioritised roadmap they can act on straight away.

The new service arrives alongside a rebrand for Squibble itself, a deliberate move to evolve the agency’s identity and let more of its personality show.

Kim Leary, Brand Strategist and Founder of Squibble, said: “Design has always been at the heart of what we do, and this rebrand reflects that. We made a conscious decision to bring in more personality because that’s who we are. At the same time, we wanted to launch something that addresses a real problem we’re seeing, businesses know AI is important but they don’t know where it fits. This workshop gives them clarity without the overwhelm. We’re a human brand, and we want to help people in a human way.”

The workshop is aimed at marketing teams and business leaders who feel pressure to adopt AI and automation but aren’t sure how to integrate it without disrupting what already works.

Squibble is a women-owned, B Corp certified agency based in Birmingham’s Colmore Row, working with businesses across sectors including manufacturing, tech, education and B2B services.
