The Best SME Awards celebrated the UK’s top-performing small and medium-sized enterprises, honouring Gold and Silver winners at the Mercure Daventry Court hotel.

In June 2023, Willson’s much-loved founder, senior partner and Heather’s husband, Bob Willson sadly passed away. As the only remaining equity partner, Heather was determined to ensure that the firm survived and committed to honouring Bob’s legacy through growth with purpose and unity, strengthened by the compassion and dedication of the whole team.

The judging panel, made up of experienced business leaders and industry experts, faced a challenging task in selecting winners due to the high standard of entries.
