London influencers and foodies invited to Gut & Glory’s Fibre-Maxxed Super Sauces at Covent Garden launch event

Britain has a fibre problem. A big one. 96% of UK adults fail to reach the recommended 30g of fibre a day. Yet we’re still drenching everything from bacon sarnies and burgers to kebabs and pizza in sauces loaded with sugar and salt.

Now a new brand wants to flip the script — and London’s food crowd will get the first taste.

Gut & Glory launches this month with a bold idea: if sauce is something people already reach for every day, why not build nutrition straight into it?

To celebrate the launch, London influencers, food creators and media are invited to an exclusive breakfast event in Covent Garden on 18 March, where guests will be among the first to try the new fibre-maxxed super sauces designed to bring gut health back to the everyday plate.

The launch event, The Future of Food and Wellness 2026 and Beyond takes place from 9am–11am at Raye The Store on 57-59 Monmouth Street, London, WC2H 9DG.

Guests will enjoy vibrant breakfast bites designed to show the sauces in action — from eggs and avocado toast to breakfast baps and roasted veg — while hearing from some of the people shaping the next phase of food innovation.

The panel includes:

  • Toby Morris, Founder and CEO of Gut & Glory
  • Jamie McCloskey, Founder and CEO of Love Corn
  • Rachel Chatterton, Product Development Director at Holland & Barrett
  • Dr Victoria Manning, longevity doctor and author

The conversation will be hosted by Carla Buzasi, CEO of WGSN.Expect breakfast, conversation and plenty of sauce sampling. Guests will also take home exclusive launch products and snacks.

Sauce — but built for gut health

Gut & Glory’s debut range takes everyday sauces and rebuilds them with fibre-rich ingredients. Each bottle is packed with real vegetables, fruit, herbs and spices. They contain no added sugar, no allergens, no artificial ingredients, are naturally fat-free and fortified with selected vitamins and minerals.

Fibre isn’t sprinkled on top. It’s built into the flavour.

The launch range includes:

Daily Green — green pepper, lemon and jalapeño heat made for eggs, bacon and avocado toast
Daily Ketchup — rich, savoury ketchup without the sugar spike
Spicy Mango — sweet heat inspired by amba, ideal for tacos, grilled chicken and roasted veg

Drizzle over crispy halloumi. Dip hot chips. Stir into mayo. Splash into a Bloody Mary. These sauces are made for the foods people actually eat — breakfast baps, midweek tacos and late-night pizza.

Built for real life.

Founder Toby Morris says the brand was designed to fit into everyday eating habits rather than demanding perfect diets.

“I’ve got kids. I know how real-life works. You’re busy, you’re hungry and you’re not weighing out 30 grams of fibre at dinner,” he says.
“But everyone reaches for sauce. So, we built the nutrition into something people already use. No guilt. No gimmicks. Just better sauce in a glass bottle you’d actually want on the table.”

Gut & Glory may start with sauce but the ambition goes far beyond the condiment aisle.
