Amanda Brightman has joined M·E·L Research as Field Team Manager, strengthening the organisation’s delivery of face-to-face fieldwork for qualitative and quantitative projects. Amanda joined in January 2026 and brings a strong operational background, having progressed into management roles within consumer services and fraud before moving into market research. She has since worked across CATI, quality and compliance, and field and recruitment, managing complex projects across a range of sectors.

In her role, Amanda will oversee the planning and delivery of fieldwork activities, ensuring projects remain on track, meet quality standards, and are conducted in line with Market Research Society codes of conduct and GDPR. She will work closely with project managers to monitor progress and support the delivery of high-quality data for clients.

Karen Etheridge, Managing Director of M·E·L Research said: “Clients rely on research partners who can deliver smoothly, maintain high standards, and produce insight that stands up to scrutiny.
