Governments, innovators and private sector experts discuss world governance, technology and resilience.
One of the world’s leading forensic handwriting experts, who advises governments, global corporations and technology firms, has been invited to speak at the World Governments Summit in the UAE next week.
Emma Bache, a well-known graphologist whose work has supported a range of organisations, public institutions and private corporations, including Google, will address international leaders at the three-day summit, taking place in Dubai from 3–5 February 2026.
The World Governments Summit, which is a global, neutral, non-profit event, brings together heads of state, ministers, senior policymakers, innovators and private-sector leaders from around the world to explore the theme “Shaping Future Governments”, with a focus on governance, emerging technologies, AI and institutional resilience.
The aim of the summit is to foster international co-operation and identify innovative solutions to future challenges.
Bache’s invitation reflects growing global concern about how governments, businesses and public bodies can protect trust and accountability in an era increasingly shaped by automation, artificial intelligence and digital decision-making.
Bache says: “It’s a real privilege to be invited to speak at such a prestigious summit. Governments and organisations the world over are facing unprecedented pressure to adapt quickly while maintaining public trust, transparency and institutional integrity.
“I am the first graphologist ever to be invited to speak at the summit and I am enormously proud to be given the opportunity to address this distinguished, international audience.”
This year’s event includes 35 heads of state, 150 governments and 500 ministers, including His Majesty, King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk of Bhutan, the president of Switzerland, the president of Ecuador, the presidents of Estonia, North Macedonia Kosovo and Sierra Leone, and HH Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait.
Also attending are the prime ministers of Spain, Albania, Georgia, the vice president of Nepal, the prime ministers of Egypt, Kurdistan, Dominica, the premier of Bermuda and the prime minister of Eswatini.
Over 320 sessions, participants include Nobel Laureates, representatives of governance, technology, aviation, logistics, global trade and investment. Former UK Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Liz Truss are speakers while Elon Musk, CEO of X, Tesla and Space X, will take part via video link.
Organisers of the World Governments Summit say the event creates a space for high-level discussion on global trends, future challenges and opportunities for governments.
Established in 2013 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the World Governments Summit was created as a global knowledge-exchange platform to help governments prepare for the challenges of the future.
One of the main focuses of the event is to promote innovation by integrating technology and AI into policy-making, and to encourage best practice for all future governments. The summit serves a significant global forum for sharing innovation in governance.
