Tendra Technical Services (“Tendra” or the “Company”) has announced the acquisition of Coat Facilities Group Ltd (“Coat Group”) a provider of integrated facilities management services. Terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
Coat Group is a network of specialist facilities management companies providing industry-leading expertise across all aspects of facilities management including both hard and soft. Based in the West Midlands, the business has a portfolio of prestigious clients nationwide.
Tendra is a newly established group uniting UK technical services businesses across the built environment. Tendra initially consists of The James Mercer Group, Fletchers Engineering Ltd and Coat Facilities Group Ltd. The Company combines regional expertise with national ambition, leveraging shared capabilities, operational best practices, and strategic acquisitions to create long-term value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.
