This summer, KEMP Hospice are inviting you to join a display of remembrance, celebration and unity at their Forget-Me-Not Garden. From Saturday 21st to Sunday 29th August 2021, a beautiful presentation of uniquely handcrafted metal Forget-Me-Not flowers will be on display at Brinton Park, Kidderminster. By purchasing a flower, you will be supporting the care that KEMP Hospice provides to the Wyre Forest community, and joining a beacon of blossoms for remembrance.
The limited-edition Forget-Me-Not flower sculptures are handcrafted at the British Iron Works and are unique to KEMP Hospice. By securing a flower, you will also be making a vital donation to KEMP Hospice, helping them to continue supporting those living in the Wyre Forest with life-limiting illness and those affected by grief. Once the public display has come to an end, the Forget-Me-Not flower will be yours, a timeless keepsake to treasure the memory of your loved one.
Head of Fundraising and Communications, Charlie Homer said ‘We are thrilled to be creating our Forget-Me-Not Garden this summer. As The Wyre Forest Hospice, we want this to be a focal point for the community to come together in remembrance and celebration of loved ones who may no longer be with us.’
The Forget-Me-Not Garden is kindly sponsored by The Wharf Care Home, Stourport-on-Severn. Ros Lockley, Community Liaison Coordinator said “We are incredibly proud and honoured to be sponsoring the Forget-Me-Not Garden this year for KEMP Hospice. The Wharf have been fortunate enough to work with KEMP on numerous occasions and have seen first-hand the invaluable service they deliver. As a home, we hold the organisation very close to our hearts and would like to say a huge thank you for everything they have done and continue to do for our home and local community”.
