An ethical agency specialising in PR and communications, is celebrating its International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) accreditation after just three months of being in business.
Lizzie McManus, Founder of Warrior Agency in Southbourne, applied for the internationally recognised accreditation shortly after launching in March: “As an ethical agency, it’s no good just talking the talk, we have to walk the walk too. The two ISOs we’ve achieved (the ISO 9001 and the ISO 14001) ensure we are delivering and maintaining the best standards of service possible for our staff, our clients, and for the environment.”
As well as offering the usual PR, social media, and influencer services, Warrior also offers Green Audits and a Green Consultancy service to businesses, the first agency in the UK to do so. Since its launch, Warrior has already been instructed by three companies to aid them in their own journey to become more sustainable.
“What’s been really encouraging has been seeing the diversity, we’ve had property developers, care homes, events companies, hotels, building contractors all get in touch with us to see if we can help them become greener, it’s wonderful that so many businesses are seeing this as an area to work on and improve.”
Aside from the Green Audits, business is booming for the fledgling agency who has already worked with 15 clients on their PR and social media in the last quarter including a project which sees Warrior heading up the UK PR for the Race to Zero campaign, which is encouraging businesses around the world to pledge to reduce their carbon by 50% by 2030.
“I’ve been overwhelmed by so many wonderful organisations connecting with Warrior and asking for our support with their various missions and enterprises, it meant there was very quickly too much for me to do myself, and I’m over the moon to say that Abi Constantine joined Warrior in June, making us an official tribe now!
“As a creative agency, it’s important we have a space to create those ideas and campaigns in, so we moved into offices on Southbourne high street which we love. I think it’s so important to be part of a community, whether that’s at work, home or both, and it feels like both here.”
