A well-respected Northamptonshire cleaning firm has scooped a new high-profile holiday lettings client.
Bright & Beautiful has agreed a partnership with the UK’s leading holiday cottage agency, Sykes Cottages, to provide regular cleaning of holiday let properties, as well as deep clean projects as required.
The cleaning experts, who are renowned for using eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products as standard, will be covering all the Sykes Cottages locations across Northampton and surrounding areas.
Director Kalpesh Bhayani said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Sykes to provide a vital service for holidaymakers. We understand how important it is to have a spotlessly clean holiday home and our incredible products mean Sykes Cottages can be sure of an immaculate property to welcome their guests.”
Bright & Beautiful offer floor to ceiling cleans but also offer a different approach for how they allocate staff. Cleaners are sent out in teams of two or three to keep productivity high and disruption to a minimum. Each team uses a fresh set of sterilised quality clean cloths and mops for every job.
“Holiday letting agents and estate agents are often keen to work with us because of this,” said Kalpesh. “Our teams are able to turn around properties for them in a far shorter time than individual cleaners. There’s no cost implication for our client because whilst we’re employing more people the length of time we’re at the job is shorter. Sending out teams also means there’s greater accountability because our cleaners can monitor each other’s work.”
