Measures applied amidst COVID 19

We value our staff and customer’s health. So prior to any appointment, our tradesmen are passed through a routine check-up to ensure they are completely fine. This is important since any unhealthy or virus-carrying individual can cause a threat to our staff and customer’s health, most importantly, his own.

As customer satisfaction is what matters, we love to take start from our company. After we are sure that the staff is perfectly fine to work, we request our customers to follow some guidelines to ensure a smooth, flawless project, in a pleasant environment.

Customer Guidelines

Here is something you must keep in mind, not only as a good customer but also as a responsible citizen of the UK.

What we request

Before the appointment, we request our customers to:

  • Let us know if any home member is self-isolated or quarantined in any part of the house. It is crucial to ensure that there are minimum chances of virus spread. If not answered honestly, you are not only putting your’s but our staff members in danger. If present, we will reschedule the appointment to another date, after the period has expired.
  • To empty the property before our visit, or at least follow the social distancing guidelines as specified by the WHO and Government of the UK.
  • To let us know if an of the housing member has been in contact with a COVID 19 patient. Remember, any fallacy in this matter can put us, and you in a life-threatening situation.

What we observe

As per the company rules, Serviceteam personnel adhere to a set of rules and regulations to control the spread of the Virus. We request you to not take any of them personally, and kindly complain us if any of our tradesmen deviates from the below-described company instructions:

Our personnel are ordered to:

Staff Safety

To make sure everything remains smooth and sound, we have forced our policies beyond our working premises and ordered or head office and staff members to self isolate themselves at homes. Moreover, to avoid socializing as much as possible, and stick to their house, except for necessary meetings.

Vehicles Hygiene

Among the many places that are supposed to be cleaned regularly come the vans used by our tradesmen to reach the project area. To make sure that the virus spread is controlled effectively, we give a thorough antibacterial wash to each of our vehicles used for working. Apart from that, our tradespeople also try their best to keep it clean, with practices like giving antibacterial wipes to the seats, steering, wheels, and door handle. Furthermore, to clean the tools touched during, or after the project. For your satisfaction, the deep clean process mentioned above is done by professional van cleaning companies.

Necessary Hygiene Supplies

To make sure our tradespeople stick to the specified safety standards, we give them sufficient supplies including face masks, gloves, sanitisers, and even goggles, as they go out to attend the projects. This is to eradicate the slightest chance of virus spread from our side.

Remote Support and 1-Visit Work

To minimise the chances of a second visit, we try to issue quotes based on online diagnostics. The problem is identified from sight images, videos, and online meetings in case of complex issues. Once the problem is identified, our tradesmen will make sure to fix it in the first visit.

Customer Health Enquiry

Before our visit, we enquire our customers if any of their house members are subject to the viral infection. If yes, we reschedule the visit. However, if not, we happily visit their place with every safety precaution in check, while expecting full cooperation in the matter
