Liberty Music PR – Empowering new artists through a tough year

Since its humble beginnings, Liberty Music PR has had a mission to empower newcomer artists through Digital Marketing. While last year had a tremendous impact on the Music Industry as a whole, Liberty as a company embraced the challenge, continuing to innovate and create solutions for artists globally as a resourceful and liberating partner, while simultaneously growing the business as a whole.

Last year, Liberty harnessed new marketing techniques including TikTok, branched out into Radio Plugging and Branding for artists as well as delivering strong results in the long-running Playlisting and Publicity services, growing the business by over 200% in the year alone. It also saw the introduction of Liberty’s Music Academy, an online interactive learning experience designed to immersively teach and train young people ‘hands on’ about all aspects of the music industry (including mindset of the industry, creative partnerships, growing streams and storytelling).

As well as running the academy again in 2021, Liberty is holding a ‘Future Of Music Summit’ which invites artists, managers, brand executives, entrepreneurs and investors globally to come together and radically rethink the future of the industry in a post-Covid world. The summit will aim to resolve the restrictions in place on live music as well as discussing the opportunities presented by technology (eg. holding virtual live events, from monetisation to choosing the right platform).

Bee Adamic, Liberty Music PR Founder commented, “We are proud to have been able to lift up our artists through this tough year. We always have a keen eye on the latest in marketing trends to best support our clients and have been thrilled to see the promising trajectory of our artists. We can’t wait for the year ahead, not only to discover new and exciting ways to share fresh new music but to lead the way in finding post-Covid industry solutions.”

The birth of Liberty Music was an organic process, Founder Bee Adamic was inspired to create a company that put the artist first and garnered positive, genuine results after having a negative experience with another company. Bee and Co-founder Adam Al-Hilali started the company from their kitchen table 4 years ago. Since then Bee has raised a company that doubled its growth in 2020, achieving an increase of 200% in turnover and growing it’s staff from 20 freelancers to 40 this year alone. In the same 4 years Bee has also raised her daughter, with whom she discovered she was pregnant on the day she left her corporate role in the City.

As we move into 2021, Liberty Music PR aims to continue being a strong hold for rising artists and looks forward to playing its part in innovating and assisting the industry as a whole.
