Business leaders set for the return of Milton Keynes networking lunch

More than 100 business leaders are expected to come together for the relaunch of one of Milton Keynes ‘highly successful’ face to face networking lunches.

Business Live Global (BLG) – in association with The Institute of Directors Bucks and MK – will host their return on Friday 7 October, at Sultan’s Mediterranean Restaurant (formerly known as Marha Bar) in Central Milton Keynes.

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic organisers of the networking group – then Business Live – had regularly been welcoming up to 90 decision makers at each of their events, which had been taking place in Milton Keynes, Leicester and Nottingham, since 2009.

With face-to-face events cancelled due to the pandemic, Founder of the now BLG, Victoria Beale quickly adapted the business and switched to the power of online events. The networking operation is now visible around the globe – and the 45-year-old is delighted to be able to relaunch the networking lunches in its original birthplace.

“A few years ago we were deemed the largest and most successful business lunch club in the region,” says Victoria.
“Business Live events were special and we accelerated our networking process with our unique formula – which we will be re-introducing with a twist on 7 October.

“Our Nottingham lunches returned earlier this year and I’m really excited to be returning for our face-to-face lunches in Milton Keynes – where it all began. It is also great to be working with the IOD Bucks and MK on our relaunch.”

The relaunch has attracted high profile guest speakers including Sanjeev Kumar, who is an award winning serial entrepreneur, established author, and currently the Global CEO at D+O group.world (D&O Group), the founder of DTM Global Holdings as well as the President and Chief Visionary Officer at the Harley Street Healthcare Group.

Influencer, actress, model and business leader Nina Naustdal will also be sharing a few words along with former Unsung Hero at the BBC Sports Personality Awards, Lance Haggith OBE founder of Sports Traider.

Plus the Mayor of Milton Keynes, Cllr Amanda Marlow will be attending.

Main sponsors include Nina Naustdal, Panton Accountancy Services, Advanced Properties, BabaBaboon PR and Beas Little Angels Day Care Nursery.

“It really is going to be a huge event,” says Victoria.

“Business Live Global really prides itself on providing a business network where we welcome businesses from many regions to come together in one place.

“It’s great to have the Mayor of Milton Keynes join us for our MK relaunch as well as Sanjeev Kumar, Nina Naustdal and Lance Haggith who will be saying a few words.

“Huge thanks go to our sponsors too. We cannot wait to welcome everyone.”

BLG’s live Milton Keynes lunch is ideal for business leaders or owners whose turnover is 300k plus per annum, decision makers and senior management who are seeking high profile and structured networking.

BLG’s online global network also supports the networking lunches and soon hubs in the USA, Canada and the Caribbean are to be launched.

On 7 October guests will be greeted from 11:45am, followed by a welcome introduction by Victoria Beale and a representative from the IOD. Table networking will take place before lunch at 1pm and a BLG member will present a 10-minute spotlight.
