MD Laura O’Driscoll and the team at Taunton based recruitment firm OD Talent Solutions are delighted to announce they have reached the finals in the 2022 Business Leader Awards. Not only are the Business Leader Awards recognised as being the UK’s most prestigious business awards, but OD Talent Solutions have reached the finals in a category very close to their business ethos and outlook – that of ‘Community and Social Impact Champion’
Laura explains: “We are a growing business who have just celebrated our 5th birthday and right from the beginning we have been determined to punch firmly above our weight across the board. We’re passionate about making a real difference not only in the recruitment sector and how it operates and treats candidates, but also to the lives of those in our local community.
We are acutely aware that we have all needed to lean in at some point, to the support of other organisations and charities in order to survive, thrive and grow.
