Plymouth-based recruitment firm, MLT Recruitment, have signed a deal which will see MLT Recruitment branded at Home Park for the 2022/23 EFL League 1 season.
The deal also includes home and away sponsorship of an Argyle player for the aforementioned season.
This deal adds to a continued support of local business and sporting clubs for the Ocean City recruitment firm, managed and operated by Mitch and Lei Turner. Mitch Turner, himself a former member of the Royal Marines, has ensured the recruitment firm places an emphasis on assisting local ex-service personnel in finding employment post military service. Furthermore, MLT Recruitment are aligned with local semi-professional rugby club, Plymouth Albion, to assist the club in recruiting for both the club itself and their players.
While the deal with Plymouth Argyle is of a different aim for both company and club, the commitment to supporting the wider-Plymouth community was still at the forefront MLT’s intention when initiating the deal with Argyle.
“The deal with Plymouth Argyle is an extremely exciting step for MLT Recruitment and our continued support of the Plymouth community.” Said MLT Recruitment Marketing Manager Ayden Hurst.
“After recently joining the MLT team, I knew straight away the company had to support Argyle and the Argyle community on whatever basis we could. We are all excited to officially be a part of the ‘Green Army’.”
MLT Recruitment’s sponsorship board was placed above the Devonport End at Home Park in time for the final week of the 2021/22 EFL League 1 season, which saw Argyle take on MK Dons. However, the player sponsorship deal with commence at the beginning of the 2022/23 League 1 season, with the selected player still to be confirmed based on off-season player transfers and player sponsorship renewals from the current season.
MLT Recruitment look forward to a continued partnership in the community with Plymouth Argyle from 2022 onwards, with sights set on seeing Argyle reaching the EFL Championship and beyond moving forward.
