Mary Stevens Hospice Wills Month returns during May 2020 with three local legal firms once again lending their support to their campaign.
During Wills Month King Will’s Wills Limited, Wall James Chappell and Glover Priest, all based within Stourbridge, are kindly offering their time and expertise to support the charity. For the whole of May, they are offering a basic single Will at £90 or a double Will at £150 with a 50% donation to the Hospice.
Ruth Longville, Business Partnership Fundraiser at Mary Stevens Hospice, said: “our partners will be able to give you the right advice and support when it comes to sorting out your affairs.
Once your family has been cared for, you may wish to consider making a gift to the Hospice within your Will. No matter how big or small, this is a really special way to ensure that our care and support can be provided to more patients and their families in the future”.
James Roussell, Partner with Wall James Chappell, says “By making a Will, you can ensure that your money and possessions are distributed according to your wishes. A properly prepared Will can secure the future for your family and loved ones and provide a degree of certainty at a time of difficulty and uncertainty. Wall James Chappell are once again proud to team up with Mary Stevens Hospice as part of their May Wills Month in 2020.”
Sophie Donovan of Glover Priest echoes that sentiment saying “writing a Will is something we can all be guilty of putting off. A Will is such an important document as it not only looks after your family after you die, but it also decides what will happen to your assets when you are gone. You may not have much or any money, but a Will does not just deal with money but things most cherished to you, such as providing appropriate care for your children if the unthinkable happens. It’s good to make sure your wishes are known and that in the time of such loss, those around you are safe and cared for”.
