Patients in Lincoln can now access improved healthcare services as Glebe Park Surgery officially opens its new premises at the Carlton Centre Retail Park in Lincoln. The state-of-the-art facility, which opened on Monday 19 May 2025, replaces the previous site on Montaigne Crescent in the city and significantly enhances patient care with triple the space, eight clinical rooms, and dedicated parking.
The relocation marks a major step forward in ensuring high-quality primary care for the growing local population. The expanded space allows for an increased range of services and greater support for both patients and staff.

Patients can now attend appointments at the new location, with clear guidance available to help with the transition. The new facility is designed to enhance the patient experience, offering a welcoming and efficient environment for all.
Debbie added: “Anyone who is thinking of registering as a new patient at Glebe Park Surgery can complete a registration form online at www.glebeparksurgery.co.uk/practice-information/how-to-register. Paper copies of the form are also available from the surgery. Depending on the number of new registrations, it may take up to one week for registrations to be completed, so we kindly ask that you bear with the surgery team.”
Dr Robert Jackson-Lawrence, GP Partner at Glebe Park Surgery, said: “This is an exciting new chapter for the surgery. The additional space allows us to enhance patient care, introduce new services, and grow our team to better meet the needs of our patients.”
The project was made possible with support from NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), which collaborated with several partners to bring the development to life.

Lincolnshire Co-op owns the Carlton Centre and invested £1.7m in the works to transform the unit into the new surgery.
