Strategi Solutions Group has launched an exciting new women’s group called “inher CIRCLE”.
Founder and Chair of Strategi Solutions Group, Wendy Dean, has worked on this concept with the wider Strategi team to create a different approach to women meeting and developing themselves whilst giving back to the community.
To be officially launched at the brands first event on the 21st of May, hosted at Strategi Solutions Groups’ exclusive event / training suite, the goal of inher CIRCLE is to create a private members group where woman can connect with other members in a safe space.
Based on helping women to lead, learn, grow and thrive, the new initiative is designed to take women away from traditional networking to focus on themselves and others less fortunate than them.
inher CIRCLE will host 6 meetings per year, with guest speakers, craft workshops, opportunities to give something back and improve personal wellbeing.
The women’s group will also publish its own inher CIRCLE magazine twice per year. The content of which will inspire self-development, showcase ways to add value to local communities, and provide peer group support, bolstered by spotlights on trailblazers.
Started from an idea to bring women together, Wendy Dean Founder and Chair of Strategi Solutions Group Limited said: “inher CIRCLE was created with a simple but powerful vision: to build a supportive and empowering community where women can connect, share, and grow together.

inher CIRCLE aims to give women the opportunity to try new things, learning and growing in a way that they may not have thought possible.
Drawing on her experiences, Wendy added: “In my decades as a woman in business, I’ve very rarely had the opportunity to grow myself, rather than grown in my role, and I sometimes find with normal networking sessions that I mix with the same people.
In 2024, I started a Floristry course at college and I couldn’t believe the benefits this gave me in terms of wellbeing and meeting other women who were not from my business circle.
This has really taken me out of my comfort zone, and with my newly found skill, I’m now giving back to others by creating floral arrangements for friends and family whilst raising money for charity and it is so rewarding”.
As part of Strategi Solutions Ltd, inher CIRCLE will be proudly supporting the business’s 2025 charity, Alzheimer’s UK. It is hoped that as well as providing women with a platform to network and grow, the events will offer a number of fundraising opportunities.
