The founder of food education and awareness business SimpliciB is celebrating after recently expanding its customer base.
Becky Brown’s award-winning firm delivers food workshops to businesses to help boost the wellbeing of staff.
Becky has worked with some amazing companies including Derbyshire NHS, Derbyshire Carers, Derby County Community Trust and Great British Railway.
Becky usually only works with employees but due to a high demand from individuals, she has decided to offer her services individuals or groups.
Becky said ” I am so excited to offer the service to work with people to get their mood to where it needs to be through better food choices”.
The idea for SimpliciB began during lockdown, when Becky began using social media to share recipe ideas and help prevent panic buying.
It was from this she realised there was a business opportunity, helping people understand food, buying and eating habits, allowing them to make better choices.
Since then, Becky has been delivering her Food and Mood workshops to a range of businesses.
