Global professional services company Turner & Townsend is expanding its Bristol office to increase capacity, reflecting the company’s impressive growth in the South-West region.
Temple Point in the heart of the city has been home to Turner & Townsend since 2019. The company took the decision in December 2024 to acquire the entire fourth floor, more than doubling its office space from 6,780 sq ft to 16,538 sq ft.
The expansion comes as Turner & Townsend’s South-West office has seen substantial growth, supported by strong demand across the business’ core sectors of real estate, infrastructure and energy & natural resources. The Bristol office alone now accommodates 661 colleagues, up from 200 in 2019. The total number of employees across the South-West offices, including Plymouth and Cardiff, has reached 788.
Located in a prime, central location just a 5-minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station, the new office space provides modern facilities and amenities designed to enhance the working experience for employees. The business has invested in technology upgrades like smart meeting rooms and double monitors on every desk, as well as several collaboration spaces and individual sound-proofed booths to boost productivity. Emphasising wellness at work, the office also features live plants throughout, height-adjustable desks, and a dedicated employee wellness space.
