Birmingham-based, second-generation family business, RightTrack Learning is honoured to receive the Outstanding External Provider at the 2024 Learning Excellence Awards.
RightTrack Learning, who have over three decades’ experience designing and delivering tailormade people development and culture change solutions, entered the following categories (and were shortlisted for all three!) in response to the positive client and delegate feedback they had received:
– Health, Medical, Pharmaceutical and Social Care Sector: For our ‘Building an Inclusive Culture within the NHS workforce’ project, in collaboration with NHS England
– Outstanding Training Course/Initiative (for the above programme)
– Outstanding External Provider
The collaboration with NHS England focused on a suite of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion awareness programmes which were enhanced with scenarios based on real situations and brought to life by professional actors.
The success of the NHS England programmes, which led to growing demand and prompted requests for delivery to other organisations within the healthcare industry, contributed to the overall win of the Outstanding External Provider category.
Accepting the award on behalf of the wider RightTrack Learning team at the event on Tuesday 16th April at Imperial College London were Vicci Whelan, Customer Experience Director and Emma Baldwin, Global Marketing and Communications Manager.
Vicci Whelan, who was RightTrack Learning’s first ever employee over thirty years ago and is now co-owner said: “We are absolutely delighted to be crowned winners in the Outstanding External Provider category; it’s phenomenal!
