383 Project appointed to overhaul Volkswagen Financial Services customer experience

Digital product studio 383 Project has been appointed by a leading automotive finance firm to streamline and improve its experience centred firmly on their customers.

The Birmingham-based digital product studio was appointed by Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited (VWFS) to undertake a review of its customer experience to drive forward an enhanced and more engaging strategy for 2020 and beyond.

Employing over 1,000 people in the UK, Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited (VWFS) is the captive finance company for the Volkswagen Group in the UK, offering finance and insurance services to customers of the Volkswagen Group Brands including Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, SEAT, ŠKODA, MAN, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini.
