On the 17th June, 2022 I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl Reign and instantly my world changed. I was besotted by my daughter and the little family me and my husband were now building. As the new mum feeling began to sink in with the ever growing to do list and tired sleepy eyes my anxiety of how I was going to manage life began to mount up.
I had a busy life prior to becoming a mum , as a multi-business owner and all round creative I battled with the idea of how I was going to juggle work, family, a social life and all the stuff in between to create a healthy balance. This is where THE VILLAGE stepped in and truly came forth in my life.
I looked around me and analysed all the incredible women I was surrounded by whom had all
inspired me and encouraged me up until this point. I realised how important it would be to lean on my village, call upon them, watch them from a distance, mimic their successful habits and learn from the life lessons they had taught me both indirectly and directly.
Very quickly I learned just how blessed I was to be surrounded and supported by greatness, which enabled me to transition into being a mumpreneur seamlessly as I had my village to lean on.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day I am celebrating my incredible village of beautiful, inspirational and powerful women who continue to inspire me in all that I do.
