The Ubiquity Collective launches a pilot series of workplace wellbeing events called Ritual

There’s a saying, “What’s good for you is hard to sell.”

That’s also the opinion of Joel Jelen, founder of The Ubiquity Collective and a new Chamber member who runs a multi-sector pr & marketing agency.

Joel is also a workplace wellbeing advocate and recently launched a pilot series of workplace wellbeing events called Ritual.

He told us how he harked back to a decade or so ago in the run up to the launch. He used to meet with almost derision from corporate and SME decision makers when approaching them with workplace wellbeing programme ideas.

However, after linking up with financial services firm Sedulo for the launch last month, the attendance and feedback from the event was in stark positive contrast!

Ritual aims to be a regular coming together of like-minded businesses and organisations with a high intent for workplace wellbeing.

Joel put the Ubiquity Collective together in 2010 after seeking to work alongside affinity partners to create a mix of experts offering publicity, digital marketing, event and social strategy plus critically, connections aimed at multiple sectors.

He’s done the same in terms of affinity partnerships with another of his projects, Sniff Sigh Yawn and spent six months of last year gathering a collaboration of experts in workplace wellbeing

Having partnered up on Ritual with Ubiquity’ friends from Wellness In The City Liverpool, the initiative enabled Joel to present some of the team at Sniff Sigh Yawn who presented pioneering ways we can manage and reduce our stress at work.

The next Ritual event takes place on Tuesday March 26th from 5.30pm at Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village.
