Sulets are running a free webinar on the latest update to the Renters Reform Bill following the second reading. The webinar which will specifically focus on the impact on the student sector, is with acknowledged expert, David Smith, who is the lead legal adviser for the National Residential Landlords Association.

The Renters Reform Bill is the biggest single change in landlord & tenant law in over 35 years. The second reading of the bill was held on Monday 23rd October.

Meet the panellists:

David Smith is a partner and Head of Property Litigation for the London office of JMW Solicitors. He specialises in residential, landlord and tenant law and is well known for his work on new legislation in England and Wales as well as appeals to the highest courts.

Irving Hill is the founder and CEO of Sulets, a specialist educational charity based in Leicester which advertises, lets and manages student accommodation for over 2300 students in the city.
