Success for Barefoot Coaching at leading industry event

Barefoot Coaching had a warm reception when the team recently presented at leading industry event World of Learning Conference & Exhibition at Birmingham’s NEC.

Renowned as the UK’s most comprehensive event for all aspects of learning and development, brings together leading professionals from the L&D community.

Barefoot’s seminar covered ‘Coaching the Whole Person at Work: Position in the Family.’

The session addressed how coaching the whole person at work can bring about powerful benefits to organisations, including improved employee engagement, a flattening of the organisational structure and an increased sense of community and belonging.

Leading the seminar was Andy Chandler, Barefoot’s Managing Director, who has over 30 years of experience  specialising in working with senior leadership teams. He said “World of Learning is a wonderful event that brings together the learning and development community all under one roof. It was a good opportunity to share new ideas and techniques.

“The industry is constantly evolving with new methods, techniques and technologies, altering the way people learn.”

Barefoot Coaching, based in Castle Donington has significantly expanded its team and global reach, making remarkable strides in the industry over the past 25 years. Including the success of its flagship ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme –  one of the first University approved coaching programmes in the UK.
