PR firm and radio station ‘partner up’ for brand new Business Spotlight show

A local PR company has teamed up with a community radio station to help to shine a spotlight on Staffordshire businesses.

BabaBaboon Ltd is to work in partnership with Cross Rhythms City Radio for a brand new business show which will be broadcast on the airwaves from mid-November.

The show will include interviews with small to large businesses of all sectors in which founder of BabaBaboon, Sonya Farrall will conduct studio interviews with guests.

Business owners on the show will be briefed beforehand by Sonya, with interviews being broadcast during primetime midweek shows, including breakfast and drive time.

“I am delighted to announce this new show which is all about showcasing local businesses of all sizes,” says Sonya.

“Cross Rhythms have amazing studios and I am so excited to welcome business owners from Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme, to join me on air for what will be fun, but also impactful interviews to showcase everything they do in the region.”

Jonathan Bellamy, Cross Rhythms CEO, added: “As a community radio station we look for every opportunity to serve, support and profile the local community – which is something we’ve been doing for 20 years!

“With this brand new Business Spotlight feature our aim is to raise local awareness and encourage loyalty to some of our region’s excellent businesses.”

As well as footage across frequencies 101.8FM and 96.6FM, or online at – www.crossrhythms.co.uk/radio – video content will also be shared via the radio stations social media channels and featured on BabaBaboon’s multiple channels.

Sonya adds: “What is even more exciting is that each guest interview will be recorded on video which will then be broadcast by Cross Rhythms, featured on news platform – BabaBaboon.co.uk – and also across Babababoon’s social media channels.

“Each guest will also have access to all of the content shared for their own use. It’s an exciting time and I cannot wait to get started. The first show will air from Monday 13 November.”

BabaBaboon is a PR & Media company who work with a range of businesses as well as charities.

Cross Rhythms are a community radio station located in former BBC studios at Cheapside in Hanley, which is near to the popular Piccadilly area.
