Building the Future Awards 2023 is set to honour the remarkable achievements of young individuals aged 18-30 in the construction industry on Friday, 17th November, at Aston Villa FC, Holte Suite. Sponsored by organisations such as Careys and supported by Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), this much-anticipated awards ceremony will showcase the outstanding talent and contributions of those shaping the construction industry’s future. The nomination window will stay open until Friday, 21st July, allowing ample time to recognise and put forward individuals who embody the spirit of excellence, innovation, and dedication in the construction industry.

The black-tie awards event will be hosted by renowned media personality Ed James and CEO of The OM Group Damini Sharma, who will bring their expertise and enthusiasm to the proceedings. A key highlight of the evening will be the inspiring keynote address by Andy Street, the Mayor of the West Midlands. His invaluable insights and industry knowledge will further motivate and empower the young talent present. Raising awareness of the opportunities available to young professionals and acknowledging companies leading the way in supporting young people promises to be a remarkable celebration of the incredible talent within the construction industry.
