Lincolnshire developer Gelder Group is celebrating the release of the first luxury homes on an exciting new £8M development.
Gelder Living’s Nettleton Fields site is taking shape in the attractive village of Nettleton and will deliver 19 family homes, offering buyers of a choice of three to six-bedroomed properties.
Situated at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds – in a county famed for offering families a great quality of life and a reasonable cost of living – the development marks the company’s first housing project for two years.
Featuring 13 luxury houses (with four to six bedrooms) and six (three-bedroomed) bungalows, the development is not only being talked about, it has attracted many viewings.
During its first open weekend, more than 150 visitors toured a completed three-bedroomed bungalow and the four and five bedroomed houses, all featuring smart floor coverings, fabulous fitted kitchens and quality appliances.
Gelder Group Chief Executive Officer Steve Gelder welcomed the initial level of interest which he said underlined the construction firm’s confidence in forging ahead with the new homes. All carry a 10-year Local Authority Building Control (LABC) warranty and have been designed to be energy efficient, fully insulated and benefit from superfast fibre broadband connectivity.
“I really recognised the true potential of this location when I was cycling around the county and got a closer look at Nettleton. I quickly decided the village was perfect for Gelder Living’s newest project,” he said.

Nettleton’s facilities include its Community Primary School, village shop, pub and local accommodation.
