Tom Hart has been promoted to claims sales director UK & Ireland at Audatex.
Tom is a local market expert and a specialist in understanding the claims ecosystem. In his previous role as head of account management, Tom successfully managed and led a strategic customer-facing team for almost five years.
Tom’s new role as director will see him utilising the skills and expertise he has amassed in recent years to elevate the Audatex claims offering and further develop the claims sales team to assist the business with its strategic expansion plans.
Over the past 18 months, Tom was responsible for successfully appointing and developing a new national account management team capable of providing a broad spectrum of expertise, including parts, engineering and insurer operations.

Tom has held senior roles within Audatex for over 11 years and, most recently, was highly influential in the operating plan that saw the successful migration of the entire Irish market over to Audatex within a six-month timeframe.
