The finalists for the inaugural Midlands Property & Investment Awards, a celebration of the best companies, teams, and individuals in the Midlands property sector, have been revealed. Set to take place on the 29th of September 2023, the awards will recognise both residential & commercial property professionals and organisations from across the Midlands.
The anticipated shortlist for the debut Midlands Property & Investment Awards has been announced. With exciting plans to cement the celebration as an annual occurrence, the event will cast a spotlight on both experienced and up-and-coming figures from the Midlands property sector.
Those who have made the final shortlist have the chance to win across 22* categories following rigorous independent judging and open public voting. Categories include Commercial Developer of the Year, Residential Agency of the Year, and a Lifetime Achievement Award. With the finalists announced, attention now turns to The Eastside Rooms, the venue for the eagerly awaited ceremony on the 29th of September.
The Midlands Property & Investment Awards has been developed by BEvents, which has a history of delivering prestigious awards ceremonies across the Midlands including the Midlands Food, Drink & Hospitality Awards, Women in Tech, and the Birmingham Awards.

The awards will be judged by an experienced selection of property experts including surveyors, agency founders, and directors from across the Midlands.
The panel will consist of Matt Ford, Trustee & Director at Woods Hardwick; Adam Lawrence, leading property developer; Joanna Lee-Mills, Partner & Head of Social Housing Development at Shakespeare Martineau; Nicola Fleet-Milne, Owner and Founder of FleetMilne Residential Property Agency; Kirsten Marie Hald MRICS, Senior Surveyor at Colliers; Alex Tross MRICS, Commercial Director at Centrick and Shane Traynor, co-host of The Developers Network Birmingham, with more to be announced.
BEvent’s is proud to also announce Caudwell Children, a national charity based in Staffordshire dedicated to improving the lives of disabled and autistic children, as its charity partner for the first Midlands Property & Investment Awards.
