Leading customer experience technology specialist marks recent growth with 10 new hires

Leading customer experience solution specialist, three rocks®, have announced the addition of 10 new employees to its team following a period of sustained growth in the last six months. 

Taking the total number of staff to 38, this follows the appointment of two critical board level executives, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Matthew Rawlins, and Chief Data Officer (CDO), Andrew Kaplan, who are integral in enhancing and growing the data and software solutions arms of the business.

These new staff members will expand the brand’s in-house skills and capability to develop best-in-industry solutions across every aspect of hospitality and customer experience. 

The latest hires follow a marked increase in the company’s turnover and client base in the last six months, accelerated by the launch of the brand’s new experience management solution, three rocks® XMS. 

three rocks® XMS is a flexible experience management system which enables businesses to create a tailored CX tech stack to match their individual business needs, offering businesses a pick and mix of cutting-edge technology including digital booking systems, self-service kiosks, restaurant order management solutions, and CRM and data analysis processes.

New roles added to the business include Data Team Lead, Entry Level Data Engineer, Project Manager, Software Developers, DevOps Engineer and QA Tester.
