Nichole with Theo
Nichole Goodison, owner of Elasha Creations Sewing Studio, pitched to Theo about her business during ‘Small Business Sunday’ and was one of six weekly winners to gain a repost by Theo to his over half a million social media followers. The weekly initiative, set up by Theo in 2010, now has over 3,500 #SBS winners and supports small businesses in the UK.
Nichole who has over 35 years of experience started teaching sewing classes to children and adult after studying fashion and working in the fashion industry.

I love sewing and I’m told I have the patience for teaching it. The Classes aim to inspire young and old. I believe you should be able to create your own individual style whether that’s clothing or accessories and home wear. Sewing not only gives you the opportunity to express yourself, it also helps with the environment. If you can repair it you’re less likely to throw it away. Not to mention the self confidence it brings when you learn a new skill, the development of fine motor skills and the patience in following the process.
