‘Heart warming’ fundraising at luxury home development open day

Horgan Homes is hosting an open day at phase two of its Manor Gardens development near Belbroughton on February 11, raising funds for the cardiac unit at Birmingham Children’s Hospital

An open day to showcase a bespoke development of luxury million-pound homes in Worcestershire is set to raise funds for a heart warming cause.

Horgan Homes will make a donation for every show home viewing undertaken during its event on February 11 to the cardiac unit at Birmingham’s Children’s Hospital.

The Valentine themed public launch will showcase the four single storey contemporary properties in the second phase of Horgan Homes’ Manor Gardens development near Belbroughton in Worcestershire.

The homes in the exclusive gated community, that are on the market for £1.495m, merge Horgan Homes’ award winning signature style with an imaginative reimaging of the traditional bungalow.

With more than 200m2 of living space, large gardens and sustainable features including photo voltaic panels, thermal glazing and electric car chargers as standard, the properties are expected to appeal to a wide range of buyers looking for more flexible living.

Each home has an impressive living-kitchen-diner with bifold doors and feature apex windows, a 360-degree fire, sitting room, study or play room and utility with an expansive master suite with a fully fitted dressing room and bathroom and two additional en suite bedrooms. Top of the range brands including McCarron and Co, Siemens, Porcelanosa and Villeroy and Bosch.

Horgan Homes director Sophie Horgan said: “As a Midlands based business, we know what exceptional work the team at Birmingham Children’s Hospital does so it seemed only right – as we’re encouraging potential buyers to fall in love with their new home at Manor Gardens – to use this an opportunity to raise money for the cardiac unit, inkeeping with the heart and love theme.

“These homes really do offer something completely different and meet the key criteria that  homebuyers want at the moment including flexible living spaces, sustainable features, energy efficiency and a contemporary style. These properties also offer longevity as they’re all one level, so they are futureproof too.”

Phase one of Manor Gardens scooped a What House? award for Best Luxury House and two International Property Awards.

Viewings must be booked through the selling agent, The Lee Shaw Partnership, on 01562 888 111 or email [email protected].

The open day will run from 11am to 4pm and visitors will be able to view the show home and additional properties.
