German KRAFT brings Oktoberfest to London with a 4-weekend celebration

Are you ready for Oktoberfest? The authentic German brewery KRAFT is having not one but four different events to celebrate the Bavarian culture in London in great style. Following last years’ success, KRAFT is going bigger this year, with a programme happening from September 23rd to October 16th across their three locations.

Feeling like embracing your inner Germanness? Then Elephant & Castle is your best shout (Sep 23-25 and Oct 7-9).

Located inside the giant food and drink market ‘Mercato Metropolitano, you can expect the original big crowd pleaser festival, German Sausages and Pretzels and 12+ craft beers served in 1l steins.

If you still want authentic german craft beer, but prefer a family atmosphere, head to Mayfair ‍(Sep 30 – Oct 2) for a full meal & drink package with reserved seating in the crypt, or you can just enjoy 1l steins in the unique church setting at Mercato Mayfair.

For a bit of tradition with a cool twist, go east and visit Kraft Dalston (Oct 14-16), where you’ll be surprised to combine unusual Korean Food with german beer fresh from the tank – including the festival specials Amber Oktoberfest Lager and Dry Hopped Doppel Pils. The soundtrack will go from German classics from the ’80s turning into German Techno in the evening (until 2am)!

Beers will also be served in pints, half pints or 1/3 pint tasting flights. Not a brewing beer lover? Enjoy signature cocktails including G&Ts made by their distillery on site.

One of the best parts? They are all free. And, you can walk in without booking.

Get your Lederhosen ready to go all in, or enjoy the German vibe as you are. The German owners may be surprising us with fits to remember…
