Elevate Property Group has completed its five year, £40 million Princes Gate scheme that has redeveloped a landmark Solihull town centre site.
More than 150 luxury new homes have been built by the Birmingham-based developer since work commenced in 2019, with the transformation of Imperial House, next to the former HMRC offices in Homer Road, marking the final phase of the project.
The latest construction work has created a further 60 apartments, joining the existing 100 properties at Consort House and Royal House.
Imperial house was designed by Birmingham based architect firm Corstophine & Wright and built by Kavannagh Construction.

Imperial House, which is already 60 per cent sold is right in the heart of Solihull, just a short walk from the station with regular trains into Birmingham, Coventry, and the wider network. The town will also benefit from its own HS2 hub once complete and has quick access to the Midlands sprawling motorway network.
All apartments are EPC B rated, meaning they are amongst the top 10 per cent of all energy efficient homes on the market in the UK.
Many of them have private balconies and all have car parking with access to communal electric vehicle charging points.
Prices for available apartments start at £225,000 for one-bedroom apartments and £325,000 two-beds. Penthouse apartments are also on sale, from £450,000 to £625,000.
