Julie Green
A former Aviva senior executive has been appointed to the Board of Directors of health and social care organisation Provide Community Group.
Julie Green has joined Provide Community Group as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee.
She has held a number of senior roles in a 30-year career in the Investment and Pensions sector, most recently as Future Innovation and Digital Director at Aviva.
One of the leading independent providers of health and social care services across England, Provide Community Group delivers more than 50 services in NHS and community settings across Essex, Dorset and northern England, as well as the Essex Wellbeing Service, Essex Sexual Health Service and Provide Digital.
Julie has held numerous Board positions in the Pensions and Investment industry including as a Director of Aviva Pension Trustees, and in recent years has been instrumental in working with TISA (The Investing and Savings Alliance) as part of the Consumer Engagement Committee lobbying Government and the FCA to improve education and make guidance and support more accessible for all.
Julie headed up the launch of Aviva’s ground-breaking direct-to-consumer platform; one of the first innovations to provide simple and efficient ways for consumers to self-manage investments and pension planning.
