Expanding Office Principles welcomes trio of new hires

L-R: Karl Carty, Luke Wilkins and Jack Laverick have joined Reading-based Office Principles

Office Principles has announced the addition of three new specialists to its award-winning team, further strengthening the company’s position in the office interior design market.

The new hires include Luke Wilkins as digital marketing director, Karl Carty as senior creative designer and research executive, Jack Laverick, who will all be based from Office Principles’ headquarters in Reading.

Luke Wilkins brings more than a decade of experience to the team following a career spanning agency-side and in-house roles at a senior level. He will use his knowledge of data-backed marketing strategies to generate further revenue growth for Office Principles.

Karl Carty will play a key role in supporting clients through the creative design process. He has 17 years’ industry experience, including roles with an architectural practice and more recently at office design and interior fit out firm, Morgan Lovell.

Completing the trio is Jack Laverick, who will bolster the company’s business development function, with a particular focus on lead generation and research.

Stephen Parsons, managing director at Office Principles, said that the new recruits would support the firm’s continued innovation and build on its reputation for outstanding customer service.

He said: “Our business has seen steady and sustainable growth in the last twelve months as the economy has continued to change shape, and now is the right time to add three highly skilled people who will complement our established team.

“Luke, Karl and Jack are talented and ambitious professionals, with existing knowledge of and experience of our sector. Their arrival will undoubtedly enhance both our design capabilities and our ability to further develop an already impressive portfolio of clients. We look forward to creating even more inspiring workplaces, where everyone can thrive.”
